Europeans are "tired of war" and, without admitting to it, long for a Minsk III or, if all eventually fails, will be content with a new iron curtain from Poland to Romania.
The mollycoddled and postheroic European societies are too weak to stand tall, to make clear-cut decisions since 2014 already.
