Only one agent like in #DVpit today. That same pitch got 6 requests in PitchDis so… no surprise? Ofc that’s 100% better than getting none at all! I was shocked by the love for my “SCYTHE x R&J but with robot pigeons“ pitch. 😂.

Unfortunately both agents that requested my submission from #PitchDis sent rejections. 😞 But I still my full manuscript out with another from #Path2pub. I’m hoping that they like it enough to rep me. I have another project in the works and series I’ve been playing with. Just need an agent. 😒

It's incredible. It’s a lot of work, but hearing success stories & seeing books by previous participants gives me an indescribable feeling. Authors work hard to get their books published—disabled authors more so—and to know #PitchDis may have had a small role in that process is truly humbling 💜💜💜

Look at it this way: an opportunity to determine whether the listed agents want your genre/premise without the bother of waiting donkey months for a rejection or CNR in the query trenches.
I've had no requests and don't expect any. I'm just grateful #PitchDis made the journey easier!
