The Bower & Wilkins Pi5 S2 are some of the most maddening TWS I've ever used in my time of the pairs I've owned
The sound is nice but the connectivity and just many finicky aspects make me regret getting it even if I got it well off bc of open box

Also I just remembered the Raspberry Pi 500+ exists, with built-in low profile mechanical. Almost makes it the perfect base for such a build, as long as you're happy with Pi5 guts.

Though, I do have two Raspberry Pi's, a Pi4 running FlightAware and Raspian Linux, and a Pi5 running whatever distro that Home Assistant uses.

Really happy to have Home Assistant up & running on this Pi5 with NVMe drive. This is an upgrade from previous Pi4 with SD card. Thanks to Matt & Ellis at Carbon.Coop for help restoring backup file of Home Assistant instance. All working very smoothly.

Totally. I love my Pi5 but I almost smashed it when I'd done most of the battle and Cyborg Ninja said something like, "Snake I just want to feel the pain" and I went to hit him but he had an electric field and I died as I was meant to shoot him from a distance!

On a slightly more optimistic note, when it comes to games I'm about 75% of the way through Metal Gear Solid 1 for PS1 emulated on Batocera on Pi5. The graphics don't hold up but the gameplay is as good as anything modern as is the plot and voice acting. Boss battles though...

J'avais un Pi5 dont l'utilisation initiale était tombée à l'eau et prenait la poussière. Finalement avec à peine d'huile de coude, j'ai le meilleur device Android que j'ai eu l'occasion de manipuler... (LineageOS + install de l'apk playstore)

J'avais un Pi5 dont l'utilisation initiale était tombée à l'eau et prenait la poussière. Finalement avec à peine d'huile de coude, j'ai le meilleur device Android que j'ai eu l'occasion de manipuler... (LineageOS + install de l'apk playstore)
Assumed a Pi5 could be a USB peripheral without any extra hardware like other recent Pi devices. Oh well.

I run Kubuntu Linux on a couple of old HP Desktop Minis and on a Ryzen 5 5600X tower PC.
I started with Linux when the first Raspberry Pi arrived in 2012 and have owned most models since. A Pi5 makes a surprisingly capable desktop computer. 👍
