FISH & CHIPS (Penarth, GLA): From "Pier Cafe" on Penarth Pier. I was contemplating pivoting #POUTINEWATCH to #Fish&ChipsWatch but in the end, my heart wasn't in it. Fish: ok; chips: me; red sauce that may not even have been ketchup (I don't understand British whimsy tbh): weird and not great. 4/10.
