I spent several hours last night trying to get #continue.dev set up with my #openwebui instance. Unfortunately I wasn't able to and around 12:30 AM I threw in the towel. I figured it shouldn't be difficult, but I guess that wasn't the case.

Is there a tool that has a OpenWebUI like interface but that knows how to queue multiple requests and run them serially?
It’d fit the way I use LLMs the most. Limited resources in local GPUs so only one request at a time.

Hoje foi dia de andar a brincar com o aiedu, gerei um adaptador para ligar ao openwebui até ser alertado por um pró-reitor para ter calma que temos quotas de utilização. Mas aquilo é embuste que é serviço alugado/subscrito com a M$.

Got a little distracted whilst trying to study... and ended up vibe coding this OpenWebUI compatible tool that lets you use a "Heavy thinking" mode inspired by Grok's "Heavy" mode which lets multiple agents think about a question. Open source on GitHub and works pretty well from my experience!

I'm actually stuck on zed now. I just clone the context I need into the working directory/project space and I've got a local searxng [it's plugged into openwebui too] but I prefer the analysis from web_search and fetch to RAG system they use for search in openwebui

We had to dedicated 2tb of nvme to our homeserver because we put OpenWebUI and Matrix/Synapse on it lol, and when we installed Matrix/Synapse we realized that fediverse apps move incredible amounts of data around.

I started using openwebui a few months ago and I'm extremely pleased all that history is sitting on a postgres on my laptop
the nearest term AI thing that honestly scares me is continual learning
mainly that now there’s a data asset that’s maintained and is a barrier to switching
like if you got your whole life encoded into an OpenAI cartridge, how do you move to Claude, or a local model?
