Norway has their access via the EEA. The UK wouldn’t fit in the EEA.
They would be like a bull in a china shop among the far smaller EEA members.
It really should be EU membership (no opt outs) or the status quo. The EU holds all the cards. We should never accept a deal that doesn’t favour the EU.

I support private ownership, but today proves no one should have that kind of money. The natural resources of a country should benefit the country. Which didn't work out well for Venezuela and others I know, but does for Norway. We need laws to prevent monopolies of money and power.

Norway recently bought five, they are delivered. The UK has bought nine.

Both Norway and Switzerland have had to commit, the UK won’t (entitlement etc.).
Also the EU has zero interest in repeating the Swiss deal (multiple mini deals) with anyone else (the EU doesn’t even like this deal with the Swiss). It would take centuries to negotiate something like that with the UK

One has to respect national integrity, if not the world will end during the next century.
I live in a small country, we have no chance to defend ourselves against the US if they decide that they will charge our PM for a made up reason, and extract him with a goal to make Norway a Fascist country.
