In 2024 alone, they supported more than 27 organizations—championing causes like homelessness, racial equity, women’s empowerment, youth development, and health research. Under the leadership of CEO Matthew Gottesdiener and President/COO Suzanne Abair (MFE’s 2024 Executive of the Year), Northland’s commitment is personal and powerful: 🔹 $180,000 raised for HomeStart’s ICycle initiative to fight homelessness 🔹 Community support for Rosie’s Place, Dream Big!, Cradles to Crayons, Newton Food Pantry & more 🔹 Hosting the American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb for 9 years running 🔹 Team-wide service during Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week, Earth Day, and summer senior BBQs with 2Life Communities 👏 A heartfelt thank you to our incredible nominees, who are making just as powerful an impact: 🏅 Windsor Communities and their GIVE program—empowering associates nationwide to serve their local communities through days of service, financial grants, bear drives, and large-scale meal packaging events (175,000+ meals for Atlanta in one day!). 🏅 BH Management and their BH Gives Back initiative—dedicating over 5,400 hours to local causes and creating unforgettable “Rent-Free Holidays” for 138 resident families in need, raising $124K+ for United Way, and proving kindness is a company culture.
