Very excited to be co-piloting these lovely and very accessible yoga classes with my dear friend Stephanie at North Edinburgh Arts.

This weekend we hope to merge my two passions by taking our yoga practice out into the community garden🪴🙌💚

Most cubs are born in early to mid-February and will emerge above ground at around 12 weeks. At 16 weeks, cubs will be displaying most adult social behaviours, including grooming and scent marking.

We've made space for nature outside the front of our business, including four bird feeders. Something's been eating all the suet pellets, and this morning we found the culprit - a Hazel #Dormouse!! Just think how wildlife would benefit if every business could #makespacefornature
