Ok why cant people get this straight? daylight savings time is ending this weekend not beginning! Standard time starts Nov 2.
This is why congress cant pass a bill making DST permanent.
Don't most people hate standard time and it getting dark at 4-5 pm?

In NY/NJ/CT we're in Eastern Standard Time "EST" which most of us hate, Daylight Saving "DST" is what most want permanently but say erroneously "End DST"

Trump says he wants to end DST, but as usual, he gets it wrong. We need to end standard time and make DST permanent. Who needs sunlight at 6am in Central Illinois when we can’t even take a walk at 4pm because it’s already dark? #MakeDSTPermanent
