Data establish c-di-AMP as a key PAMP of B. burgdorferi, the causative agent of #lymedisease which elicits a type I interferon response that can lead to the development of Lyme arthritis, for which a PAMP was previously unidentified. Read more online: ow.ly/jWcl50XesPS.

We continue to publish photo reports from the brave fellas. At the end of August, these brave fella got everything to be protected from ticks and prevent #LymeDisease, and concentrate on really important things.

In 2002 a safe 85% effective human #LymeDisease #vaccine was w/drawn due to #antivax"/hashtag/antivax" class="hover:underline text-blue-600 dark:text-sky-400 no-card-link">#antivax campaigns.

So, since 2009 ~34,000 vaccine-preventable LD cases in #Canada have occurred that could have been prevented if #antivax efforts hadn't forced withdrawal of a safe, effective vaccine.
