Ten weeks of rugby training with men as part of the @KXSteelers Pathway to rugby DID NOT prepare me for my first evening training with the @EastLondonRugby Vixens. Holy shit. If I can walk tomorrow it'll be a miracle.

I've annoyed myself now by thinking about this. Thankfully I have rugby training in an hour with the @KXSteelers. Being part of last night's event, seeing the power of inclusion in sport and how it's changed the lives of so many for the better...provides some balance.
