Don't Unleash the Beast is a gameshow hosted by Pete Firman and began broadcasting on CITV from 2 November 2020.

Many years ago, the ancient people of Halian were rich in treasures, but plagued by greedy thieves. They buried their riches in caves, shielded by impenetrable obstacles, and guarded by The Beast. but the beast grew, and eventually turned on its masters, forcing them to flee in terror. Now The Professor, an expert on all things Halian, needs help to overcome the obstacles, retrieve the treasure, and avoid being captured by The Beast.

Itch is a children's action-adventure television series from Australia which was first shown on CBBC in the UK from 2 November 2020.

Based on the books by Simon Mayo.

Itchingham Lofte loves science, especially chemistry. He is also an element hunter. He is collecting all the elements in the periodic table, which leads him to conduct sometimes destructive experiments in his bedroom. Itch obtains a rock which he believes is a new element and has strange properties. At first no one believes him, but soon various people (all connected to the powerful GreenCorp) are chasing after the strange new rock.

The cast includes Samuel Ireland, Laurent Quentier, Melanie Wozniak, Kylah Day, Charles Russell, Keala Kern, Harrison Popple, Henry Mendez, Lauren Campbell, Sam Longley, Catherine Moore, Mel Grob, Michael Muntz, Priscilla-Anne Jacob, Warren Lyons, Rina Mousavi, Jarrad Inman, Fern Nicholson, Tristan Corey and Ben Mortley.

The Children Act is a feature length drama that was first shown on BBC Two on 2 November 2020. Based on the novel by Ian McEwan who also wrote the screenplay.

Fiona Maye is a judge in the Family Division of the High Court of Justice of England and Wales. A case is brought before her involving 17 year old Adam Henry who is suffering from leukaemia. Adam's doctors want to perform a blood transfusion, as that will allow them to use more drugs to cure him. However, Adam and his parents are Jehovah's Witnesses, and believe that having a blood transfusion is not right. Fiona goes to the hospital to see Adam. The two talk, with Fiona attempting to determine what it is that Adam really wants, and whether he has been persuaded by his parents.

The cast includes Emma Thompson, Stanley Tucci, Fionn Whitehead, Ben Chaplin, Jason Watkins, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Anthony Calf, Rosie Cavaliero, Eileen Walsh, Nicholas Jones and Rupert Vansittart.

A BBC Films & FilmNation Entertainment production.

Criptales is a 6 part comedy drama series, consisting of monologues, based on factual research and the experiences of British disabled people, since 1970. These were curated by disabled actor-writer Mat Fraser, with each episode written and performed by disabled artists.

The series was shown on BBC Four from 2 November 2020.

Taking part in the series were Ruth Madeley, Liz Carr, Carly Houston, Jackie Hagan, Robert Softley Gale and Mat Fraser.

The Disney juggernaut continues this Sunday. We're watching "Jungle Cruise" and actually enjoying it. There are just the slightest references to The African Queen here and there (different continents but same timeframe, with a jaded skipper and an unconventional heroine taking on: yep, the Germans).

Jungle Cruise is a 2021 American fantasy adventure film based on the Disney theme park attraction. It stars Dwayne Johnson, Emily Blunt, Édgar Ramírez, Jack Whitehall, Jesse Plemons, and Paul Giamatti. Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra from a screenplay by Glenn Ficarra, John Requa, and Michael Green, it tells the alternate history of the captain of a small riverboat who takes a scientist and her brother through a jungle in search of the Tree of life while competing against a German expedition, and cursed conquistadors.

The African Queen is a 1951 adventure film adapted from the 1935 novel of the same name by C. S. Forester. It was directed by John Huston and produced by Sam Spiegel and John Woolf. The screenplay was adapted by James Agee, John Huston, John Collier and Peter Viertel. It was photographed in Technicolor by Jack Cardiff and has a music score by Allan Gray. The film stars Humphrey Bogart (who won the Academy Award for Best Actor, his only Oscar) and Katharine Hepburn with Robert Morley, Peter Bull, Walter Gotell, Richard Marner and Theodore Bikel. The African Queen was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry in 1994, and the Library of Congress deemed it "culturally, historically or aesthetically significant".
