Pleased to get some preliminary function from ImageJ plugin SE_MTF (written by Carles Mitja and friends at the Image Quality Laboratory, UPC, Spain) today. Edge spatial response shown for ROI 63 x 189 of slanted edge SEMTFbmp1.tiff. Next: scan a double-edge razor blade on Canon scanner and analyze.

Lots of cool stuff in the latest ImageJ 1.53a - in particular the numeric keyboard shortcuts now working for both top row and num keypad. Update manually via the Help menu in ImageJ and @FijiSc (whose updater is now 7 updates behind at 1.52p from June 2019)

ImageJ tweeps: is there a plugin or macro that would easily generate an averaged PSF from a Z-stack of bead field (I mean detecting the beads, aligning and averaging the PSF for each one)? Thanks

How can ImageJ help #neuroscientists to analyse calcification of the intracranial internal carotid artery in CT images 🤔 ? Supported by #EuroBioImaging’s Population Imaging Node, this tool was applied to a large scale population study with great results.
