There's 24 different games, you can make this number x3 for jp, us and eu + korean and other eu regions for some games, so there's actually 72 different versions of the emulator, 81 if you count the gamecube versions

Yikes. It sure doesn't FEEL all that long ago.
I'm more astonished that GameCube, Gameboy Advance, and Xbox came out 24 years ago. Has it been that long already?

We’re so far into Switch 2 now and they’ve barely put a fraction of the GameCube games they showed off onto Nintendo Online. How hard is it to just put two a month on there, really?

One of my friends had Animal Crossing on the GameCube and all of us had our own house and we would take a little time any time we were hanging out, which was almost every day, to play a little bit. Very chill, very relaxing
10. What's a good memory you have from playing with friends?

Man when I was a kid I thought GameCube LAN was the coolest thing ever. I knew literally no one who would want to cram two TVs together in one room, get an Ethernet adapter, and find a network hub or crossover ethernet cable, but still, it sounded cool in the manual.

I usually main Taki in all the other games, but I forgot to mention the GameCube version of SCII. I agree!

(I see it as a, um, separate version. For this reason, Cubed TTYD (GameCube) and Switched TTYD (Switch) are what I call the 2 versions of TTYD, similarly with Soulcalibur II - Cubed SCII, Double-Stationed SCII (PS2), X-boxed SCII (Xbox), etc.)
I can’t believe people are still arguing that the TTYD Remake was just a remaster running on GameCube code when that it is objectively incorrect. Even just LOOKING at this game should be proof that it isn’t running on the same code, it’s clear that it’s running on the modern engine.

Game 52: Super Monkey Ball 2
I probably played part or most of this one through a future game, but never played it on the gamecube before. Quite a bit harder than i expected, especially with 1-3 levels in each of the last 4-5 worlds. Definitely got hands.
Story a bit outlandish and quirky though.

I think part of why MP8's kinda ugly is the lighting, honestly. It feels too harsh and it makes textures look all plasticy, if not to the same extent as Mario Kart Wii.
I think the Gamecube games' more flat lighting actually work to their advantage, even if the models seem lower-quality.

Listening to some of Kirby RTDL’s soundtrack with the context of them originally being meant for Kirby GCN is fascinating. “Fly, Kirby” is so fitting for a GameCube-era Halberd level.

Who would have guessed it, there was a Budokai 2! I'm pretty sure I just copy-pasted the logo here from the last one. Gotenks(?) is looking incredibly cool, and I think those are supposed to be Buu's abs at the bottom
