Basically. Even with AGPL (and GPL3) it's not that hard to work with it commerically. But making it "if someone interacts with your code on the network" (instead of getting binaries the way GPL1-2 and CC SA licenses do) requires that you be -very- clean internally, in a way many companies? Aren't.

Apache 2.0, GPL1-2.0: Copyleft. You can derive and distribute, but you can't relicense and have to release source.

I have an appointment with my doctor at the end of the month to follow up on BP and see if blood panel supports adding a GPL1 and I've really appreciated your status reports. 2024 is my year of getting my shit back together health wise.

The issue I see is that the top 10% of drinkers consume half the alcohol, which is unhealthy not just for the drinkers. Gpl1 drugs seem to also suppress the urge to drink
