Bought some Ensure last week bc my younger child is “picky” like me (read: hyper-sensitive and at risk for an ED) and I’m trying to teach her about just giving your body nutrients when you can’t muster an appetite; and man just slugging some protein shake is real appealing as an occasional foodbreak
