Reference sheet for my fanfic/AU version of the Five Nights at Freddy's character Michael Afton, a young man with pale skin, dark brown hair, and grey eyes with prominent eyebags.
Reference sheet features a shoulders-up shot of Michael looking down and to the side with one eyebrow raised, and two full-body drawings of Michael in different outfits.
The first outfit is a pale purple, long-sleeved maintenance or mechanic-style jumpsuit and a pair of black boots. Michael slouches with his hands in the jumpsuit's pockets, looking vaguely tired or annoyed.
The second outfit shows him wearing a pale blue denim jacket over a dark purple t-shirt, khaki pants, and off-white sneakers. In one hand he holds the arm of a yellow teddy bear with a speaker in its chest and wearing a purple top hat and bowtie. This is the Fredbear plush that belonged to his younger brother. In his other hand he holds up a flashlight. His expression is frightened and he's posed like he's backing away from something.

The image mostly consists of a white background, with the bottom-middle portion of said background being a rectangle containing a zoomed-in picture of a rose. At first, you may assume that I decided to just randomly shout-out some obscure artist just for the fun of it (and, yeah, I did), but Nick DeCaro is possibly the most prolific artist you've never heard of. While his actual solo output was pretty muted (he only ever made 4 albums in his lifetime), his collaboration output was EXTREMELY expansive. He was a full-on arranger, producer, conductor, composer, AND musician! He worked with some of the biggest names in music, such as Dolly Parton, Randy Newman, Barbra Streisand, Johnny Cash, the Doobie Brothers, and literally HUNDREDS more that I couldn't fully name here without going past the character limit. According to Wikipedia, he collaborated on over 380 albums, but on his Discogs page, he's credited with a jaw-dropping 1058 collaborations. Yeah, safe to say he's left his thumbprint on music as a whole.

For all intents and purposes, Love Storm is essentially a cover album, with Nick DeCaro singing English versions of famous Japanese singer Tatsuro Yamashita's biggest hits (like "Touch Me Lightly", "Theme From Big Wave", "The Girl in White", etc). Unfortunately, since the album was ONLY released in Japan (and was filled with covers of songs made by an artist nobody in America knew), it didn't really get to become as well-known as it should've been. But despite all that, this album is something REALLY nice, and if you have time, I recommend listening to it! With all that yapping aside, I hope y'all LOVE this render of mine, and I also hope that y'all have a great Valentine's!
