He is not being creepy.

He trusts her.

He already knows where and when she will be places.

The best I can imagine: watching FindMy is vicarious participation not that far from prayer for her.

an underrated but awesome thing about Apple maps (FindMy ones anyway) is that they have the trees mapped

Apple va publicar un actualització al desembre per assegurar que només els dispositius de la seva marca podien connectar-se a la xarxa FindMy, però els equips no actualitzats poden seguir retransmetent la ubicació dels dispositius convertits via nRootTag.

FindMy cannot be disabled while stolen device protection is on.

Perhaps, that step isn't really necessary for some hardware repairs...as you suggested.

I didn't know you wrote a Take Control book about that, cool! (About the FindMy feature and Air Tags). I have about 12 of them on various items, and they've gotten me out of a few major jams. (Once I lost my keys while walking the dog, found them in a pile of leaves.) I'll take a look at that book!

yeah, they know *exactly* what to do.. snatch, phone off immediately to avoid location via FindMy….

getting a clip is probably a good idea for me too, and securing it to the phone, not the case

Couldn't find my wallet. No worries, I thought, and got out my phone. Findmy could see that it was somewhere in and around the house, but could not connect to it to make it beep or give me specific search directions. /2

My daughter lost hers in her cluttered room, I showed her how to use FindMy on her iPhone to find it. Success. It located it and played a series of warning beeps as you got closer.

AirTags are great. But they aren’t perfect for every use case. That’s why third party tracking cards that are compatible with the FindMy Network are handy. Specifically the ones that are roughly as thin as a credit card as that broadens the use cases what you can... https://wp.me/pcmht-tjh

That episode of Friends when Monica’s credit cards are stolen and the bills show that the thief has a better social life than her. Well my air pods were stolen recently. I keep checking them on findmy. Right now they’re out on Great Titchfield Street while I’m home reading.
