I was reminded today of how long it's been since I got to use Famitracker. It was a program I didn't know how to get running when I switched to Linux, & it's prolly been years since I used it.
The idea of setting out tomorrow to get it running again feels like making plans with an old friend.

Cheers, Deflemask is really great, similar to famitracker but the soundchips are locked in. The fact it has a mobile version makes it indispensable to me!

Also, you're quite skilled with the Defle of the Masks! I've only used MOD trackers (in the 1990s) and Famitracker, but not Deflemask before.

Id love to follow in rainwarriors footsteps and do another full album cover of Dark SIde of the Moon. MOON8 was one of my first exposures to famitracker as a teenager and even now I think it had a massive impact on my sound design. Im just so busy already, idk if I could take something like that on

it's probably just not labeled as such and you'd have to search for the track title but i'm having a hard time finding 8bit / famitracker music for relaxing, like lofi ambient type stuff. it seems like it'd be an interesting challenge to make that kind of synthesizer smooth to the ears
