Finished! Only took me 4 days and was WAY easier than I had thought. Fair Isle knitting has intimidated me for ages, but this helped me figure out it's not actually that hard.🧶

Day 1: made it through row 15 of the pattern. Had to back out 2 rows when I discovered Chart 1 is missing a MC square on the left for rows 13-15, but I managed.🧶 So many ends to weave in, but one of my bfs has agreed to do it for me ❤️😍

Finished! This was a steep learning curve with a satisfying outcome in surprisingly little time. And that light gray yarn is the softest baby alpaca. So this is basically a stylish wearable cloud.

This amazing vest was sold at Zara last year. I love the colorway and think I'd wear a fair isle vest more than a sweater. I prefer 100% wool (or alpaca) for something like this, so I'll just need to knit it myself. A beautiful inspiration. 🧶

I cant decide what to do, I want to knit „Amaryllis“, the cover garment of springtime and ordered Rowan Felted Tweed. But I am not the happiest about the yarn, the alpaca makes it a little bit too stretchy for me. ⬇️

Loving my Flip-Top Mittens knit in January as a knitting meditation.
For this project I gathered together my biotayarns handspun, fingering weight in many colors. All yarns are 2 ply, woolen spun and knit on US size 0.
