-75% of teams lost $ in 2024
-NASCAR 2023 & 2024 sanction agreements w/tracks prohibited competitive stock-car series at those tracks thru 2026, so few tracks available for any potential startup series in 2025 while NASCAR negotiated 2025-31 TV deal.

-Not to make personal attacks against each other.
-Not to discuss or refer to cases where they opposed one another.
-Not to discuss reasons behind Brian France departure from NASCAR.
