#examfactories are no place to grow up, and they're most certainly no places to work either.
The gap between what we expect teachers to do and the reality of what teachers can actually do (given the time, resources and nature of the students they have), is huge and getting bigger.

For Xander - he will sit his first GCSEs. TWENTY FULL ON EXAMS.
Why do we do this to our children?! We need to get out of this exam dominated rut and put skills, curiosity and basic preparation for adult life first and foremost.
