Had interesting discussion at EuroSoTL on identities in Higher Ed. While I run a teaching and learning centre, I don’t identify as an educational/ academic / faculty developer. I’m reminded of Stephen Fry saying ‘we are not nouns, we are verbs’. #EduSky @issotl.bsky.social @anda19.bsky.social

Loads of interesting and inspiring presentations, workshops and conversations re teaching & learning, assessment, community engaged learning, inclusion - with fabulous & enthusiastic colleagues from Europe and beyond. The downside of being chatty is I spent the 2 hour journey to Groningen deep in conversation rather than deep in books. No regrets!! Bonnie Mullinix and colleagues have a really practical and insightful book on evaluating ed dev. #EduSky #EuroSoTL

Sad that I’ll miss this year but it clashes with EuroSoTL

I can't make it to the Assessment HE conference this year, as it clashes with EuroSoTL. Can anyone recommend other conferences on assessment that are worth looking at?
