Ephraal, it depends. A personal failure will just frustrates him. A failure towards Raphael, he'll immediately admit it to him, ready to accept any punishment he considers he deserves. (Raphael don't punish him, because he knows he doesn't need to.)

Ephraal consider one of my friend's Tav his little sister. At first, he didn't like her (He was a grumpy old man who wanted Raphael for himself) but he grew attached to her because she was so dedicated to Raphael too. Now they protect each other and are adorable and dangerous together

#Ephraal would be almost identical, just more bloody. He would feel pleasure from killing because of the urge, so would do it a lot. But he'll still end up in prison, meet Raphael, and offer himself to him.

You "autistic woman" answer is why I don't say too much that Ephraal is ASPD and depressive.
1) If I missrepresent ASPD I don't want him to be seen as a representation
2) I don't want him to be reduced to the stereotypes people have of it.
