When the entire profession of dermpath has been replaced by image recognition technology from ten years ago with higher accuracy and recall than any human physician …

It’s just mind blowing that anyone would suggest “let the poor die” as the proper course of action.

So when your poor friend goes and uses a computer to figure out what to do about that weird spot on their skin instead of paying $300 they don’t have to see a doctor that will refer them to a specialist that will charge them another $1000 two months later to send it to a dermpath lab …
