I don't think they need any explanation on Link's ban. It was a clear violation of the TOS. They appear to be addressing this suspension because there's some confusion about it.

Link's post was clear enough that you could figure it out from the datastream. This one was a little more subtle.

You can't beat a 5250 datastream AS/400 green screen interface. Text, more text, input text, output text, underlined text, and highlighted text. You want more - tough tittles. And it was balls to the wall the quickest interface for manually entering shit tonnes of data. Not pretty, but it worked.
