Leading Autism and Disability Organizations Statement on CDC’s Vaccines and Autism. The [CDC] website now states: “‘vaccines do not cause autism’ is not an evidence-based claim.” This is false. Nearly three decades of scientific research, consisting of dozens of high-quality studies conducted around the world, surveying millions of people, has repeatedly confirmed there is no causal link between vaccines and autism. The limited studies that have suggested otherwise have not been reproducible and are consistently found to contain methodological flaws and, in some cases, have outright falsified evidence. 23 years ago, the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) expanded voting access for millions of voters with disabilities.

The DREDF did a webinar today, thoroughly explaining this and what we can do. They're gonna upload it later to the website above. Basically, call your AGs in these states to ask them to drop the suit or if your state's AG is friendly, ask them to fight this.

DREDF believes that Section 504 protects transgender people with disabilities, including a gender dysphoria diagnosis. The disability community includes transgender people, and disability justice cannot be achieved without trans people.
