In a fandom I'll often have a favorite ship and a favorite character and they're not necessarily the same. MTMTE I love Cygate but Ultra Magnus/Minimus is definitely my favorite. TF2 I'm all about Medic/Heavy but Engie is my actual fav (& maybe Scout). Anybody else ever have that kind of tiers?

I've been pondering on transformers x arcane for like an hour now because I thought about the insane parrallel narratives of Vanco and MegOp again

I remember Cygate as a big big ship; tumblr felt giddy with the possibilities, after CDRW went canon. Would there be perhaps be authorial confirmation that the subtext between Cygate was purposefully romantic? It felt audaciously possible. Such were our dreams in 2013.

Now, for whatever reason Chromedome & Rewind aren’t in the Top 10, even though they were the first canon queer ones. Respect your elders. Cygate at least is. And yes, Megast*r is in there as well, that garbage IS sadly popular outside Shattered Glass. Whatever
According to the Shipping Wiki (yes that’s a thing) MegaOP is the most popular Transformers ship on A03. Over Megast*r. For all that that website’s a cesspool of genuine creeps, at least the majority has good taste. I will continue to spread the MegaOP agenda happily.
