#CollectionQuest has wrapped up S2 Disc 3: The Rescue. It’s a slight story, purely to bring Vicki in, but it’s a fun one, and it does its job perfectly. 2 parts is the right length & it’s a nice little whodunnit. Very enjoyable.

oday the #CollectionQuest asks “what has The Romans ever done for us?” Well it’s made us laugh like a drain & feel uncomfortable at the same time. It’s a belter of a script from Dennis Spooner, the sets & costumes are amazing, and Hartnell is having the time of his life -

#CollectionQuest rolls really nicely! Look forward to following this. Might also remind me of any bits I might have missed - I tend to jump in with enthusiasm then get distracted by other new things before I’m fully finished with extras.

#CollectionQuest goes sideways & there may be no such thing as Macra but there is this lovely little set. I’m very fond of this story, even if it does do Polly dirty; Brainwashed Ben is a hoot (notice how his accent disappears…) & Troughton’s Doctor is allowed to be his most mischievous & chaotic.

#CollectionQuest has completed S2 Disc2 - and very much enjoyed it! The story itself is quite rightly regarded as a classic, with a great story from Nation that benefits from a ton of money chucked at it. It looks great & it is great.

The #CollectionQuest has taken a trip to The Space Museum & thoroughly enjoyed the tour! An all too often overlooked story, this one is a great showcase for the TARDIS team, with Hartnell having a ball, Vicki leading a revolution & Ian going all Bruce Willis on everyone.

The #CollectionQuest has taken a trip to The Space Museum & thoroughly enjoyed the tour! An all too often overlooked story, this one is a great showcase for the TARDIS team, with Hartnell having a ball, Vicki leading a revolution & Ian going all Bruce Willis on everyone.
