Overflow parking is in the #HudsonRiver at #WaterfordNY as boats await the delayed opening of the eastern #ErieCanal and #ChamplainCanal portions of the canal system. Current estimate is this coming weekend. A lot of Canadian vessels waiting to get back home after a winter south.
