June 2025 I’ve not posted or even thought about doing so in about doing so in the last couple of years and I’m not entirely sure why. Perhaps it was the hideousness of the PIP process.  It left me …

Today’s the 8th anniversary of my surgery to remove my 🧠 tumour.
I am so lucky to still be here.

It is why I tirelessly try to raise awareness and help others.

I hope I’m a voice for the many less fortunate who are no longer with us ❤️

If you’ve been affected by a rare cancer and you live in the UK please contact your local MP and urge them to support the #rarecancers bill. #sarcoma #braintumour #pancreaticcancer #bloodcancer #oncosky #cansky #thankscancer
Yesterday, I attended the Rare Cancers Bill drop-in briefing session led by Dr Scott Arthur MP.

Rare cancers account for 47% of UK cases and 55% of deaths, yet they receive far less funding. This Bill has the potential to improve survival rates and give hope to patients and families.

Improving the outcomes of brain tumours requires much more research to be funded and conducted.

Look out for a full report published this week by the APPG on Brain Tumours, following a two-year inquiry.
