#FTD and #ALS can occur in the same person, a clinical subtype known as FTD-ALS. In many cases, changes in behavior, personality, and language appear first—while ALS symptoms, like difficulty walking, emerge later.

One out of every 6 people lives with a neurological disorder! Many of these conditions are invisible and are not readily obvious until symptoms flare up or attacks happen.

Neurological conditions are not always present from birth. They can develop suddenly, or over time due to several factors, including diseases, viruses, and traumatic injuries.

Disinhibition. Apathy. Personality changes. #BvFTD can cause behaviors that are confusing, frustrating, and often mistaken for psychiatric conditions. It’s also the most common form of FTD.
