Over the past six months, in two articles--one for #BakuDialogues, the other for #Horizons, I've attempted to chart the next direction in Russian foreign policy. A focus on the Global South, especially the Greater Silk Road region, and an embrace of the uses of global disorder ( #G0_SR paradigm). 1/
