Pour moi c’est les années 2010 avec l’avènement des voyages et les influenceurs bouffe le pho et Bahnmi. Alors que pour moi c’était là depuis l’enfance. Je n’arrive pas à savoir quand j’ai réalisé à quel point c’est devenu mainstream. Perso je suis née dans les années 80. Tu es bcp plus jeune?

Delighting in my bahn mi from Rice and Noodles while waiting to board @amtrak.com to DC. Wish they had decent dining options at the Lancaster station, but picking up something around the corner is a fair compromise 🚉

Homemade braised pork shoulder bahn mi. The pickled julienned vegetables are carrot, radish and kohlrabi. Collaborative effort of the young man next door who prepared the braised pork and myself who made the pickled vegetables. 😋💛😋
