Depends on the phone. Usually it's a mix of both. Generally most modern BMSs don't think of at as "where to put incoming power" It just takes the total in and out and goes from there
It's kinda like "if I'm getting 60w and the phone is currently drawing 50w I have 10w to feed into the battery"

Hmm, I don’t think so. When I was shown it, and on Malcom Storey’s images here species.nbnatlas.org/species/BMSS... it has been individual erumpent spots scattered across. Yours looks a bit like mud or organic matter to me. I’ve attached the description from Grove (1935).

How many SNAP meals for kids did it cost for Patel to buy his luxury BMSs? Perhaps there needs t/b a tab. Like the drunk at the local bar. When all's done & Trump is gone, US should know when & how much abuse there was.
