In Pakistan's Balochistan province, two young men from the same family turned up dead after disappearing days earlier, with locals pointing fingers at the country's security forces. Faheem, son of Qasim, and Baqir Baloch, son of Allah Bakhsh, both lived in Cheedgi village in Awaran district. Reports from The Balochistan Post say security forces grabbed Faheem from Awaran’s main market on September 11 and snatched Baqir from the nearby Jhao area the next day.

Update: Pakistani authorities confirmed the IED explosion in the Jhao area of Awaran, saying that Sepoy Muhammad Zubair and Sepoy Rahmatullah of Frontier Constabulary’s 109 Wing were killed on the spot.

Between July 25 and 26, 2025, 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗝𝗮𝗻, 𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗺, a resident of the Malar area of Awaran district, was unlawfully detained from the Shahabad area in Askani Turbat. After that, he was forcibly disappeared by Pakistani security forces.
