Add + Rule Set option to Notification
It would be good to have + Rule Set option in Notification - Events, as now you only have + Rule option. For example, that would allow to have more complex conditions, e.g. A and (B or C or D).

It would be great to have Metric Name in the Notification - Events condition list. Currently you have only Metric ID option. For example, that would be good if I want to receive notifications only when Connectivity is lost for any of my monitored components.
