The Kraken’s Sacrifice by Katee Robert has a really well-written abortion where the mmc supports the fmc throughout the entire process. That’s the only abortion scene in a recent romance novel I can think of off the top of my head.

the thing about knowing catholics who are also kinda progressive is that you encounter things like: I support gay and trans rights, also I don't approve of divorce. I believe in social distribution of wealth and about heavily taxing the rich, also abortion makes me feel icky so I don't support it

Here is my most damning indictment of romance as a genre: we are currently living in a time when stalkers, rapists, and murderers are romance MMCs, but I doubt I could name more than 10 books in the whole history of the genre where an FMC has an abortion.
