Every hour I put into AW2 I understand more and more what everyone liked and didn’t like about it. It’s VERY on the nose, quite sincere, and predictable about half the time, also much slower than both AW and Control. But every weird thing AW tried, 2 doubles or triples down on.

And I gotta say the 2 DLC for AW2 were *really* good. Imo the biggest W of the game

As much as I love Baldur’s Gate 3 (my current 2023 GOTY), it’s not perfect (Act II). I have VERY high expectations for AW2. Alan Wake is my favorite Remedy game and just one of my absolute favorite games in general.
And since this one takes more of a survival horror aspect, I am fucking p u m p e d
