if there’s anyone being favored it’s Andy lmao. His dancing is levels below all of the other dancers, yet he receives 7s and over the top gushing of praise from the judges each week. He should be getting 5s and 6s if some of the others are receiving 8s. #dwts

So I think there's a tacit admission of this in how many retired O-6s end up as contractors or GSs doing exactly what they did as a colonel.
And watching some of the GSs struggle because they are not a colonel anymore is also informative.

this is all ignoring the fact that one could argue that snipers don't actually have an infinite skill cap! you don't see sniper in 6s competitive lobbies, you don't see him in passtime, etc. if he's so good, why isn't he an instant pick?

Look I am not going to pretend that I, a 33 y.o. Millenial, am supposed to get Gen Alpha humor. I am their parent's generation. That's the point.
But I am laughing at the slow build to a moral panic:
