Im trying to remember a cartoon, when I think of it it feels around the time of #2StupidDogs and #SecretSquirrel. Could have been on #CartoonNetwork, but specifically remember the shorter character of the duo taking a shower, and the taller "hip" one reminder the other to "lather, rinse, repeat"
