Not much of a fan of #TheBalvenie this one I took a chance and delighted i did so, A jam roll polly with vanilla and spice warm tongue clicker would defo get another 11yo #Hungary #RedWine cask 47.4% #whisky #Dram #Scotland 🏴 🥃🤤

入荷しました。
年に1週間だけ強くピートを炊いた麦芽を作っておりそのPEAT WEEKに作られた麦芽を原料に仕込んだボトル。
ちょっと懐かしいですね。
ちょっと値段も変わっておりましたが。
お試し下さい。

こちらも1980年代流通のバルヴェニー。
ボトルの形が特徴的で味わいは濃い目。
シェリー樽のニュアンスの他に甘口ワイン系の味わいも感じるものの飲み口自体はそこまで重たくなく余韻に向けてのウッディさもあって甘いだけではない味わい。
お試し下さい。

このファウンダーズリザーブは80年代流通
同名のボトルは馴染みのある形状のボトルになった90年代にもありますね。
モルティーで洋梨の様な味わいに余韻はスパイシーでビター。
40%でのボトリングということでちょっと線の細さは感じますが良いボトルです

12年の前はこちらの15年がオフィシャル最前線にいたと記憶しておりますかこちらは時にあった50度越えでのボトリング。
当時は47.8%のボトルかメインだった気がしますが度数でここまで違うのかと感じた一本だったり。
