百富是蘇格蘭少數仍維持傳統五大工藝的酒廠。他們的「#過桶工藝」尤其值得細究 - 讓威士忌在不同橡木桶間移動，吸收前一批酒留下的風味記憶。
#鼎泰豐 的工藝則體現在另一種精準上。#小籠包 的 #十八摺 不是裝飾，而是確保蒸煮時麵皮受熱均勻、湯汁不外溢的結構設計 - 麵皮 3 公克、內餡 21 克的黃金比例。

It's...catered to JP tastes hahhaah. Our menu staples include mabotofu, chahan, gyoza and a handful of other things. I miss the chinatown restaurants' selections 🫠 *DinTaiFung is pricey everywhere

Thanks Bob Ducsay for #F1TheMovie yesterday, great to hang w/ you, lunch at #DinTaiFung was great. Movie is typical formulaic fare - TOP GUN on rubber - not especially memorable but it's exciting racing sequences are state of the art - congrats to a skilled crew...

Taiwan's population declined for the 18th consecutive month in June. YOY -66,158. There were 8,499 fewer births in 2025 H1 than in 2024 H1. 2024 recorded the lowest number of annual births ever despite being a Dragon Year. Looks like 2025 will be even lower.

Taiwanese dumpling masters #DinTaiFung have elegantly reworked the underground former home of ill-starred Mars 2112 at B'way/51st. Many dishes were recognizable as what I'd enjoyed at SE Asian locations & hopefully they’ll continue to strive for their legendary global consistency
