On Friday the High Court in London ruled that the Home Secretary’s proscription of Palestine Action under anti-terror laws was unlawful and disproportionate, though the ban remained in effect.

The High Court ruled on Friday that the ban on the group was disproportionate. This decision is a serious blow to Prime Minister Keir Starmer, already weakened by the proximity between former Labour minister Peter Mandelson and Jeffrey Epstein.
