President Donald Trump on Feb. 12 revoked the EPA’s 2009 "Endangerment Finding" that classified greenhouse gases as pollutants, removing the federal basis for US climate rules and drawing sharp criticism.

EPA isn't now denying that climate change is happening. Instead they are saying that whatever the U.S. does now will not make enough of a difference to warrant the expense to Americans.
