Den 8e November kommer Kina införa exportrestriktioner till USA på batterier och deras komponenter. Det byggs flera nya batterifabriker i USA, men eftersom Kina så total dominerar både anod och katod-materialtillverkning blir det svårt att möta efterfrågan på batterier utan import.
