The excesive apathy can be worked on easily with oxygen demanding exercises, but then if I get my fill before I get most relaxed during the day (afternoon) I will still lose approximately 2-3 hours of sleep.

Yeah it doesn't work, but that's because if I yawn enough times I will get more oxygen. But I woke up with a painful neck, so I hope it'll make my muscles more relaxed.

In the end, I was too tired to play more than for an hour. I hope I can relax soon ;v;
