I wanted a name that I thought stood out and settled on Z-Nyx. I originally spelled it Zenix(a combination of Z, OC’s name and Fenix, the last name of the main character from Gears of War which I was obsessed with.) but everyone kept saying it wrong. So I changed it to Z-Nyx.

Zireael, means Swallow in Elder, in the world of The Witcher. The name of an ancient, precious sword forged for Ciri.

Needed a username for the website GameTrailers back in the early 2000s. Using my teenager brain I started from my initials JD and started sounding off different combinations of words and landed on JDog. Now of course jdog was already taken so added Toocool for originality ☺️
