Gotta say, in general: it's wild how many people think we're just given data by WOTC that we list, or for the matter that we're getting paid for any of this. Scryfall has to source information on its own, be it by scraping or community verification. It's actually quite annoying!!!

A significant part of my role for @scryfall.com is streamlining what is a LOT of tedious manual labor. There's constantly new cards with new attributes and data to track, and I've been trying to help us keep up by working smarter rather than harder.
