I guess the whole “I want to take more advantage of the time I have” after a near death experience is so universal for a reason.

The Pitt is absolutely incredible. Highly recommended for those that like medical dramas but hate the soap opera element they usually contain. Part of me wishes it could have been the ER continuation it was planned to be but it’s still incredible.

Titanic is such a massive experience of a movie. As grand as it is, it really feels like Cameron being more of a narrative filmmaker. And what spectacle in the final hour. Never understood any gripes against the film. It’s truly remarkable.

It’s still unreal to me that I have this kind of dynamic with a childhood hero of mine. Anthony Michael Hall is every bit the person you want him to be and more. Very excited for what his awesome role in Reacher could lead to.
